Shipping
* We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier services.
* Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
* Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.
* A standard shipping fee of PKR 350 applies unless another amount or a free-shipping offer is displayed at checkout.
* Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, courier delays, remote locations or circumstances beyond our control.
* Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number.
* If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply.
* Orders cannot normally be cancelled or changed after dispatch.
Exchange
You may request exchange within 3 days of receiving your order .
To be eligible:
If you are not 100% satisfied (in case of a defect) with your online purchase, you can request exchange.
* The item must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
* Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
* Original tags and packaging must remain attached.
* The item must be returned in its original condition.
* Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
* Summer stock can only be exchanged for summer items, and winter stock can only be exchanged for winter items.
Please do not send any item back without first contacting us for approval and exchange instructions.
